2. Key Features
Structure: Composed of an outer ring (with spherical raceway), inner ring, double rows of spherical rollers, and a two-piece cage. Most are open-type, and some are equipped with dust covers.
Rollers: Drum-shaped spherical design, with a diameter of 6-35mm, hardness of HRC 60-65, and surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.08μm.
Precision: Regular grades are P0/P6, while heavy-duty models are mainly P0. Radial clearance can be selected from Class C3-C5 (suitable for heavy loads).
3. Core Manufacturing Processes
Rollers: Bearing steel (SUJ2) undergoes cold heading → quenching → spherical
Grinding → superfinishing, with a sphericity error of ≤ 0.003mm.
Rings: The outer ring goes through
Forging →
Turning → heat treatment → spherical raceway grinding; the inner ring’s double raceways are processed synchronously, with parallelism of ≤ 0.004mm.
Assembly: Roller sorting → two-piece cage assembly → self-aligning angle testing to ensure deviation compensation performance.
4. Usage Method
Installation: The inner ring is hot-fitted (90-110℃), and the outer ring adopts a transition fit (housing bore H7). Check the self-aligning flexibility after installation.
Lubrication: Open-type models are filled with extreme-pressure lithium-based grease (filling amount 2/3). Grease is replenished every 1000-2000 hours under dusty working conditions, and oil bath lubrication is avoided.

Covers mining ball mills, metallurgical rolling mills, paper machine drying cylinders, marine propeller shafts, heavy-duty reducers, etc., suitable for working conditions with heavy loads, vibration, and poor centering.
